Terms & Conditions — OS Launcher: Icons & Themes

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) before using OS Launcher: Icons & Themes (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the developer and publisher of the App, and “you” means the person using it.

1. What the App Is

OS Launcher: Icons & Themes is a home screen launcher. It lets you customize your device’s home screen with icons, themes, wallpapers, widgets, folders, and layouts. It may also include optional features such as weather, universal search (apps, contacts, calendar events, files, and media), a gallery, an AI chat with voice input, and floating pop-up controls.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into these Terms under the law where you live. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree to your use of the App. By using the App, you confirm that you can legally agree to these Terms.

3. Permissions

Some features need device permissions, such as location, media and file access, contacts, calendar, notifications, microphone, or accessibility. The App asks for these only for the features that use them, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You can deny or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings, but some features may then stop working.

4. Default Launcher

The App can be set as your default home app. This is a choice you make in your device settings, and you can switch back to another launcher at any time. Switching launchers may reset some customizations unless you have saved them.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaks the law where you live;

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code of the App;

• sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute the App or its content;

• interfere with or try to break the security or operation of the App or your device;

• use the AI chat or any other feature to create or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, we may limit or end your access.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, icons, themes, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. This license does not allow you to use our name or logo without our written permission.

Everything you create or choose in the App, such as your layout and personal settings, stays yours.

7. Entertainment Content

If the App includes entertainment features such as web dramas or mini-games shown in an internal browser, the content is owned by us or used with permission. Availability may change at any time. Advertising shown in these sections may use cookies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI Chat and Voice Input

If the App offers an AI chat, answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, so do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions. Voice input uses your device’s microphone only when you start it, and speech may be processed by a speech-recognition service on your device or provided by a third party.

9. Weather and Other Information

Weather forecasts, alerts, and other information in the App come from third-party sources and are provided for general information only. We do not guarantee that they are accurate or timely, and you should not rely on them for safety-critical decisions.

10. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App is free and may show advertising and use third-party services such as analytics and Google Play Services. We do not control these services, and they have their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot guarantee the security, accuracy, or effectiveness of third-party software, services, or content, and, to the extent permitted by law, any risks or disputes involving them are between you and the third party.

11. Privacy

How we and third parties handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which works together with these Terms.

12. Trademarks

All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks not owned by us belong to their respective owners. Their use in the App is for identification only and does not imply endorsement. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party apps or companies.

13. Links to Other Sites

The App may link to third-party websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Updates and Availability

We may update the App, add or remove features, or pause the App for maintenance. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or Android version.

15. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we exclude all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, files, layouts, or settings, arising from your use of the App. Because the App is provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, except where the law does not allow this limit.
