Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gallery, an Android application developed and operated by Photo-Picture Keyboard ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").By downloading, installing, or using Gallery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gallery, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Application

Gallery is designed to help users view, organize, manage, edit, and protect their photos and videos.

Features may include:

  • Photo Gallery

  • Video Gallery

  • Photo Viewer

  • Video Player

  • Albums

  • Search

  • Favorites

  • Private Vault

  • Recycle Bin

  • Duplicate Photo Cleaner

  • Photo Compression

  • Photo Editing

  • Slideshow

  • File Manager

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Use the application in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Not misuse or interfere with the operation of the application.

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services.

  • Not use the application for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

  • Be responsible for the content stored and managed through the application.

4. User Content

Photos, videos, and other files managed through Gallery remain your property.

Gallery does not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your important files.

5. Private Vault

Gallery provides a Private Vault feature to help protect selected photos and videos.

Files stored in the Private Vault remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Users are responsible for remembering any passwords, PINs, or authentication methods used to access the Private Vault. We cannot recover forgotten credentials or restore inaccessible vault content.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Gallery offers optional premium subscriptions through Google Play.

Available subscription plans include:

  • Weekly Subscription (with free trial, where available)

  • Yearly Subscription

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date through your Google Play account.

Google Play manages all payments, renewals, refunds, and billing. We do not process or store your payment information.

7. Advertisements

The free version of Gallery may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.

These advertisements help support the continued development and maintenance of the application.

8. Third-Party Services

Gallery may use third-party services including:

  • Google Play Services

  • Google Play Billing

  • Google AdMob

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Meta Audience Network

  • Mintegral

  • Pangle

  • Liftoff

  • InMobi

Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, software, and other content within Gallery, excluding user-generated content, are owned by Grow App Solutions LLP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the application without prior written permission.

10. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features at any time.

Some features may require updating the application to continue functioning properly.

11. Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to Gallery, we do not guarantee that the application will always be available or error-free.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

12. Disclaimer

Gallery is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The application will operate without interruption.

  • The application will always be free from bugs or errors.

  • Data loss will never occur.

  • Every device will be fully compatible with every feature.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grow App Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of Gallery.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of photos or videos

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits

  • Device malfunction

  • Service interruptions

Users are encouraged to maintain regular backups of important files.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Gallery if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

15. Children's Use

Gallery is not intended for children under the age of 13.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any revised Terms become effective immediately after they are published.

Continued use of Gallery after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
